The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. The Les Mills BODYPUMP workout uses light-to-moderate weights with lots of repetition – giving you a total body workout.
Release stress, have fun, and feel like a champion with the Les Mills BODYCOMBAT workout. This is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is completely non-contact. Punch and kick all you want while burning plenty of calories. No experience needed.
The Les Mills SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
This Les Mills workout is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity.
Les Mills CXWORX exercises muscles around the core. It’s challenging, but definitely doable for you.
