The Aurora Health and Wellness Center is a place where people of different ages and abilities can workout, heal, and forge new friendships – all under one roof.
We created programming with you in mind – classes for all fitness levels, from beginner to elite athlete. From indoor group exercises, a robust aquatics schedule, and classes outside in Performance Park when we want to mix things up.
With over 90 classes per week, with 39 formats, there is something for everyone.
