Teaches: LES MILLS Body Pump, Combat, Sprint, CXWORX, TONE, and GRIT. Also certified in Pilates and Matrix MX4.
Mary is our Director of Fitness and is a lady of many talents!
Mary loves working at The Aurora because members can go from the hospital to physical therapy, to medical programs, to personal trainers and classes. Mary has completed three full marathons, participated in mud runs, two Men’s Health Urbanathlons, is a Brown Belt in American Goju Karate, IPE Card in Bodybuilding, and most recently placed 3rd in her age group for an Olympic Triathlon. Mary has three boys who are all proudly serving in the military.
Kayla

Kayla Nutt: Certified Personal Trainer

Kayla has been a trainer for eight years. While weight loss and muscle gain are her specialties, she also likes working with kids and teaching them the importance of health and nutrition. Kayla also teaches Stability & Balance and low-impact fitness classes. She loves to laugh, hang with her fur-babies, and her beautiful family.

Trenton Raymond: Certified Exercise Physiologist

Trenton has a bachelor’s degree in both Exercise Science and Dietetics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. While in college he worked in an outpatient physical therapy clinic.
Trenton specializes in: Chronic Diseases like Diabetes, heart health, obesity, arthritis, Parkinson’s disease.

Matt has been a trainer for twenty-one years and likes to work with a broad range of clientele. Matt specializes in strength, muscle growth, and fat loss. He also likes to work with special populations, including Alzheimer’s Disease, diabetes, cancer patients, pre/post-op rehab, injury rehab/prevention, and Parkinson’s Disease.

Michael has been helping people get stronger, leaner, and more confident for the past seven years. Michael specializes in strength training and corrective exercise so that he can help people become the strongest version of themselves, pain-free. Outside of the gym, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, hanging out, and enjoying life!
