Specializing in small group and Boot Camp Training.
Teaches: LES MILLS Body Pump, Combat, Sprint, CXWORX, TONE, and GRIT. Also certified in Pilates and Matrix MX4.
Mary is our Director of Fitness and is a lady of many talents!
Mary loves working at The Aurora because members can go from the hospital to physical therapy, to medical programs, to personal trainers and classes. Mary has completed three full marathons, participated in mud runs, two Men’s Health Urbanathlons, is a Brown Belt in American Goju Karate, IPE Card in Bodybuilding, and most recently placed 3rd in her age group for an Olympic Triathlon. Mary has three boys who are all proudly serving in the military.
Kayla

Kayla Nutt: Certified Personal Trainer
Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Movement Science, ACSM Health & Fitness Specialist, MX4 Certified, SwimEx Certified
Kayla has been a trainer for eight years. While weight loss and muscle gain are her specialties, she also likes working with kids and teaching them the importance of health and nutrition. Kayla also teaches Stability & Balance and low-impact fitness classes. She loves to laugh, hang with her fur-babies, and her beautiful family.
Ammon

Ammon Dorsey: Certified Personal Trainer

Ammon believes that the key to fitness is for ALL to live their best lives and be comfortable in their own skin. For the last nine years, Ammon has enjoyed working with men and women at all levels of fitness.
Ammon loves to develop programs for various fitness levels like the high school student who isn’t into sports to the competitive student-athlete. The post-rehab physical therapy patient to the adult ready for a lifestyle change.
When Ammon isn’t at The Aurora, he loves to spend time with his wife, his adorable little girl, Sephora, and his fur baby.
Tara

Tara Dorey: Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor
NASM-CES, NASM -CPT, 200CYT, Prenatal and Postpartum Certified Trainer
Tara learned through her own weight loss and fitness journey what obstacles can come your way and how to overcome them. It was through her journey that she discovered a passion for helping other’s achieve wellness. She specializes in functional training, mobility, small group training, and weight loss. Tara enjoys camping, woodworking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Matt

Matt Waller: Certified Personal Trainer
NCSF Personal Trainer NCSF Sports Nutrition Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Athletic Performance Improvement, Group Exercise (dynamic movement, stability and balance)
Matt has been a trainer for twenty-one years and likes to work with a broad range of clientele. Matt specializes in strength, muscle growth, and fat loss. He also likes to work with special populations, including Alzheimer’s Disease, diabetes, cancer patients, pre/post-op rehab, injury rehab/prevention, and Parkinson’s Disease.
Michael

Michael Niemeyer: Certified Personal Trainer
NASM-CPT, NASM-CES, NASM-BCS, Precision Nutrition Specialist- Level 1
Michael has been helping people get stronger, leaner, and more confident for the past seven years. Michael specializes in strength training and corrective exercise so that he can help people become the strongest version of themselves, pain-free. Outside of the gym, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, hanging out, and enjoying life!
Trenton

Trenton Raymond: Certified Exercise Physiologist

Certified Exercise Physiologist
Trenton has a bachelor’s degree in both Exercise Science and Dietetics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. While in college he worked in an outpatient physical therapy clinic.
Trenton specializes in: Chronic Diseases like Diabetes, heart health, obesity, arthritis, Parkinson’s disease.

Lindsey Barnett: Certified Personal Trainer

Lindsey is a Certified Personal Trainer and nutrition specialist. As a functional fitness trainer, Lindsey works with clients on their journey to a healthier lifestyle by creating unique programs that fit their life and busy lifestyle. When she is not working with clients or teaching a barre or yoga class, she is working on her NETA 200-HR, Yoga Alliance RYT.
When she isn’t studying and working hard, she enjoys hanging out with her family and doing aerial yoga.
Jason

Jason Bundy: Certified Personal Trainer
CPT, ISSA
Jason started his fitness career in 1995 when he was selected to attend the Army Master Physical Fitness School. It was there that he learned to lead by example through living a healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition and physical fitness. Jason’s goal is to inspire and help our members reach their fitness goals, from losing a few pounds to designing a strength training program for athletes.
Mindy

Mindy Frazier: Certified Personal Trainer
ASFA Personal Trainer
Mindy attended NWMSU and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education/Learning Disabilities and a Master’s Degree in Technology in Education.
Mindy has completed over a dozen half marathons and placed first and second overall in figure competitions.
Mindy’s passion for fitness and desire to push herself inspired her to help others do the same in their lives.
When Mindy isn’t working out, she loves to spend time with her husband, John, daughter, Brooke, friends, and family.
Mandy

Mandy Froelich: Certified Personal Trainer
ACE- CPT, Pilates Certified, Precision Nutrition Specialist, Functional Movement Specialist
Mandy spent her youth years through college as a dancer. She graduated college with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in exercise science and has spent the years since as a personal trainer focusing on women’s fitness. Her excitement about fitness overflows into her training as she empowers women to feel their best, both physically and mentally.

Mandy enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. She is extremely fond of beautiful beaches.

Carson

Carson Gilliland: Certified Personal Trainer

Carson has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a minor in psychology from Kansas University. He specializes in general strength gain and weight loss. Carson enjoys working at the Aurora because of the diverse group of clients he sees. When Carson isn’t working, he plays guitar in his church band and hangs out with friends and family. Fun Fact: Carson is an Eagle Scout and former soccer player.
